Mysterious Door

My Dubble friends and I found this mysterious portal door the other day at UniverCity. Have you seen it yet? We decided that the picture was a clue to what could possibly be behind it! 

I bet there are some Cubeys working hard behind that door!

A Cubey!?!?!? Part 2

Hi! It's Alexcookie here. A few of you Dubbles might remember my scoop, A Cubey!?!?!?. (If not, you can read it here) Well, when I was travelling in the portals again, I saw that the Portal Cubey was gone, but another appeared!

Welcome Yellow Cubeys!

You may have noticed that a new team of Cubeys have begun patrolling the Beach Stage at UniverCity … and they’re yellow! Some of these new Cubeys are even floating round in inflatable rings.

Today Toodlepip met Partybot (at my (Alexcookie’s) FBI Party) and asked why some Cubeys like the cold and some Cubeys like the hot. 

“Each Cubey has an internal processor that operates at anoptimum temperature. Cubeys that like the cold have processors that operate at a low optimum temperature and Cubeys that like the hot have processors that operate at a high optimum temperature,” explained Partybot.

Wow - interesting! What do you think these Beach Cubey’s jobs are Dubbles? Comment below!

Water Water Everywhere!

Welcome Water Planet! Many of you guessed correctly that brave explorer Adamm8 had found Water Planet in his last Where’s Adamm8? photo.

As soon as Toodlepip heard that Water Planet had arrived in the galaxy she put on her snorkel. It truly is an amazing place to explore! If you are visiting for the first time remember that you need to use the “shift” key to dive. There are so many magical surprises:

You may have noticed the treasure map on the Island (arrrr my hearties) but have you found the treasure? 

Toodlepip got this tip from Speckle:

Keys are hidden in the clams. You can find clams underwater. There are four keys to collect and it takes a while to find them. Check every clam you see to find keys. Practice makes perfect!

Once you have all the keys then find the treasure chest.

Have fun scuba diving Dubbles and watch out for strange fish!

How To Use Dubble Studio 1.1

There has been an amazing new update to the music in the BigLittleBang Universe - the launch of Dubble Studio 1.1. Now you can make music, save it, edit it in your ship and play it to your friends!

1. Visit a planet, collect music samples, create some sweet beats and press “Record”!

2. When you’re finished push “Record” again to stop recording and name your song.

3. Go to the shop and purchase the Sequencer from the Electronics Department

4. Edit your ship and place the Sequencer somewhere and save it.

5. In your ship find the Sequencer and click on it. It’ll show a screen like this:

6. You can either choose to edit the song you created or start from scratch. Starting from scratch means you select a Music Kit and start with a blank musical timeline. I am going to edit the song I created on Food Planet earlier called “SweetBeats”. This is what it looks like:

At the top of the screen is the Music Kit. This is where the loops (musical samples that repeat over and over again) and hits (musical samples that just play once) are kept.

In the middle of your screen is the musical timeline where you create your song.

At the bottom of the screen are the controls and the song name.

To edit/create your song you can:

- Drag new loops and hits from the Music Kit onto the music timeline

- Change the length of the loops by dragging the end of the loop on the timeline

- Delete loops and hits by clicking on them in the musical timeline and pushing the ‘d’ key or the ‘delete key’

When you’re done - click the tick!

7. To leave the Dubble Studio click the cross in the top right hand corner. This will take you back to your ship. 

8. Now find your boombox, click on it, select your song and hit play! Don’t forget to invite all your friends around for a party!! If your boombox isn’t letting you play a song, refresh your ship and wait 10 seconds before clicking on it.

The Secret Jelly!

Hi! It's Alexcookie here, and I know how to go underground in Food Planet!

I was playing with my Dubble friends, when I wanted to be the Foodzilla. I was under a pink jelly when I jumped. I jumped about three times, when suddenly, I was underground!

The world was turning around and around, and on the map, I was travelling at Super Speed!

I had fun there, watching my friends run around on the surface, but I got bored. I used my Jetpack to get out the first time, and the second time, I had to leave and come back since I didn't have any fuel.

How To Land On The Floating Islands! (Zombie)

Hi! It's Alexcookie here, and this scoops is a guide to get to the Floating Islands, on Zombie Planet!

First, you need FULL fuel. ( It works with 3, but it's better with full).

Now, you need to find the Standing Spaceship, with the Teddy Bear Face on it.

Face the Floating Islands and

Lastly, you need to face the Floating Islands and press "Up" button and press enter, to fly.

 You use 2 fuels to go up, and use the remaining 2 fuel to land on the Floating Islands!

You should land on the Floating Islands with ease!

If you didn't land, you might take a FREE flight around the WHOLE PLANET! And I'm not joking!

It might take a few tries, but practice makes perfect!

How To Get To The Floating Islands! (Hide'n'Seek)

Hi! It's Alexcookie here, and this scoop is a guide to get to the Floating Islands, on Hide'n'Seek Planet!

First, you need FULL fuel. (It works with 2 or 3 fuel, but it is best if you have full).

Now, you need to find 2 hills that looks like this and stand on it.

Lastly, you need to face the Floating Island press the "Up" button and press enter, to fly.

You SHOULD land on the Floating Island with ease!

 If you didn't land, you might take a FREE flight around the WHOLE PLANET! And I'm not joking!

 It might take a few tries, but practice makes perfect!

Taking A Photo

Hi! It's Alexcookie here, and I noticed that a lot of Dubbles are needing help on taking photos! I have made a instruction manual for those who have this problem.

STEP 1:


Play Big Little Bang. http://www.biglittlebang.com/

STEP 2 :


When you get to the place you want to take a photo, press Print Screen (Prt Sc) located on the top left side of your keyboard

Your photo has been saved with "copy"

STEP 3 :

Go to paint, and click on this icon :

(This picture could be different for Windows XP. This is the Paint from Windows 7)

This pastes the picture you have saved on "copy".

STEP 4 :

Now, you save! (Ctrl S)

DONE!!!!

Now you know how to take photos in Big Little Bang!
